1. General Cancellation Rules

Based strictly on our guest policy:

1. Full Refund: Please note that there is NO full refund. However, you may consider rescheduling to another date.
2. 50% Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund.
3. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, no-shows, and early departures after check-in are non-refundable..

2. Rescheduling Policy

1. Guests may reschedule once, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the arrival date.
2. A ₦10,000 rescheduling fee applies.
3. Rescheduled dates are subject to availability.

3. Non-Refundable Bookings

Discounted rates, promotions, and special packages are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Weather, Emergencies & Force Majeure

1. Weather-related cancellations are not refundable.
2. In emergencies or events beyond our control, we may offer rescheduling at management discretion.

5. Refund Method

1. Refunds are processed to the original method of payment.
2. Payment refund processing typically takes a minimum of 7 working days.
